Frequently Asked Questions
Does Loopin offer student or non-profit discounts?
Yes. We never want financial resources to get in the way of using Loopin. Loopin offers generous discounts for students and anyone who cannot afford our annual pricing. Reach out to us on hello@loopinhq.com with your details.
Can I use Loopin without Google Workspace account?
Not at the moment. Loopin is meant for professionals who spend considerable time in meeting and only supports Google Workspace accounts at this time. We are working on Office365 support. You can request access here.
Why are calendar permissions needed?
Loopin is a self-organizing calendar workspace. Loopin intelligence technology requires access to events on your calendar to organize and resurface relevant information. Loopin's Calendar seamlessly syncs with Google Calendar so you can use Loopin for all your calendaring needs. Hence, Google Calendar permissions are a pre-requisite for using Loopin. We will never edit or delete any information without your action.
How do you protect my data?
Privacy comes first for us at Loopin. Your data is SHA256 encrypted at rest and in transit with TLS. Your data is YOURS. We will never mine or sell your data.
Can I access Loopin on other platforms?
Yes. Loopin is available on Desktop Web, Google Meet (via Chrome Extension), Zoom App, and Slack App. Using our integrations with other work apps, you can publish notes to Notion, and access your tasks on Asana, and Trello.
